Hospital-grade care that feels like home.
Dr. Pradhan is an Indian physiotherapist, healthcare innovator, public health strategist, and healthcare management professional. At HospiHome Hospitals, his focus is on elderly care, rehabilitation, and recovery with families involved throughout the care journey.
The journey began in 2008 while he was still in college, driven by a simple question: how can quality healthcare and rehabilitation reach the people who need them? That purpose guides HospiHome’s approach to care in Bhubaneswar.
Origin story
Long before telemedicine became mainstream and before AI entered everyday healthcare conversations, Dr. Pradhan was working on bottom-up healthcare innovation for India.
His mission has stayed consistent since college: make quality healthcare accessible to the last mile. HospiHome brings that purpose into geriatric specialty care, long-term care, short-term stays, and recovery after hospital treatment.

Open sourceWhy HospiHome
Older adults may need medical care, nursing, rehabilitation, and help with daily activities at the same time. HospiHome’s approach brings these needs together in a care plan shaped around the patient.
Families can discuss geriatric specialty care, long-term support, short-term and transitional stays, or neuro rehabilitation with the HospiHome team. Care needs, goals, and the expected length of stay are discussed after assessment.
Healthcare innovation
Dr. Pradhan's work has consistently focused on practical systems that can reach underserved communities.
An early community-driven digital health concept for village-level ICT-enabled health information centers.
An early physiotherapy helpline model designed to make physiotherapy guidance accessible beyond city hospitals.
Community rehabilitation and social health initiatives for people who need care access and support.
What we are building
Discuss the patient’s health, mobility, daily needs, and recovery goals with the care team.
Bring medical review, nursing support, and rehabilitation together while keeping families involved.
Work toward care and rehabilitation goals suited to the patient’s condition, with progress discussed along the way.
Founder commitment
Our purpose is to offer older adults care with dignity, help families feel informed and supported, and make recovery a shared journey. Every patient deserves a care plan that recognises their needs and respects their pace.
